Come join Sarah C. in a gentle yoga practice with your baby Mondays on Zoom! The class includes gentle yoga poses for parents, as well as songs/rhymes, and stretches for your baby. Here are a few things to note before we get started:
- Bring a blanket for your baby and a yoga mat for yourself (if you have one).
- Wear comfortable clothes you can move in.
This class is suggested for infants to pre-walking babies. No yoga experience is necessary. If you aren’t sure when you can start yoga postpartum, please ask your midwife or doctor prior to starting.
