The Halton FASD Resource Team is pleased to provide Two-Day and Four-Night Training Series
for Parents/Caregivers and Professionals currently supporting someone with diagnosed
or suspected Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD).
During these training sessions you will learn:
- How prenatal exposure to alcohol affects the brain
- How FASD impacts behaviour and functioning
- An intervention framework for supporting individuals with FASD
- How to improve transitions and advocate for appropriate supports
