Danielle’s Place is excited to offer ongoing yoga for anyone in a caregiving role, designed for all bodies and skill levels. This program will focus on exploring self-compassion through meditative breathing, journalling, and challenging overactive thoughts through learning to let go and slow down. This program will be facilitated by certified yoga instructor Chiara Guido.
