Join us as we explore a local forest in all seasons. The forest looks different in the winter, but there is still much to do! Explore the snow and ice, balance on logs, or follow some animal tracks, all while fostering a love and appreciation for the land. This program is guided by the children and their interests as this is how they learn best! The land will be our teacher. Our Forest School Educator and RECE facilitate this program and are on hand to support the children and their caregivers in their play and inquiry. There is no such thing as bad weather, so please dress accordingly. Younger siblings are welcome to attend (walking or in carriers), but must be registered.
*Please keep in mind there will be no washrooms available for use during program.
*Please note that adults must wear a mask at all times during this program. In addition, please bring wipes/water bottles/sanitizer to clean hands.
